Physical Theme 体能主题
Strength | 力量
This two weeks, the physical theme will focus on strength.It will challenge children's upper body strength when they are doing the hanging motions.

Baby sit up
Parents lie down your baby on his back in front of you. Hold your baby's hands. Then gerntly pull your baby to help them sit up.
家长让宝宝躺在您面前,双手握住宝宝手腕,轻轻的帮助其坐立起来。这个亲子游戏有助于加强小朋友的腹部力量;增进亲子关系。

Wheel Barrel
Parents,please let your child stand in front of you. Let children put their hands on the ground. Then hold your child's legs. Engage them to walk on their arms. If they can support themselves very well, you can try to hold your child's ankles to give more challenge.
家长让小朋友背朝您站在面前。鼓励小朋友将双手撑在地垫上,此时,您抓紧小朋友的双腿,鼓励他们用手向前移动。如果小朋友的力量较好,您可以紧握他们脚踝给予较少的辅助。这个技巧游戏有助于加强小朋友的上肢力量。

Happy Baby Pose
First, knees on the ground and sit on your heels. Bring your forehead down to rest in front of your knees, rest your arms down on the floor like the turtle. Then turn over on your back, inhale both knees into your chest. Bring the arms through the inside of the knees and hold on to the outside edge of each foot(pinkie toe side) with each hand. Press the heels up and pull back with the arms for several times. Parents, you can help children hold their feet tightly.
首先,小朋友跪地并坐在自己的脚后跟上,埋头收下巴,手上放松在地面,像只小乌龟的样子,之后,向一个地方翻转,背贴住地面,使膝盖贴近胸膛,双手抓住两脚的外侧,尽量伸腿再收回,来回做几遍。家长可以握住小朋友的手和脚,帮助其固定好,这个技巧有利于加强小朋友手臂及腿部肌肉。
艺术课
亲爱的爸爸妈妈们:本周我们将迎来的主题是树/春天。
TOTS宝宝:本周我们会让宝宝来触摸探索树叶,树枝和树皮。鼓励宝宝们通过摇骰子数点来贴树的叶子,不仅可以帮助宝宝培养算数能力,还可以锻炼宝宝的精细动作能力。
KIDS(IP)宝宝:本周宝宝们会有机会来认识探索树的组成部分,并且通过观察春天的树来亲手制作自己的大树,培养自己的动手能力和想象力。
厨艺课
厨艺课本周主题:亲爱的宝宝们,本周的主题是美国——麦片拇指饼干。
亲爱的宝宝们,本周我们去美国。美国是一个高度发达的资本主义国家,美利坚合众国(英语:United States of America),简称“美国”,是由华盛顿哥伦比亚特区、50个州和关岛等众多海外领土组成的联邦共和立宪制国家,人口3.2亿,通用英语,是一个移民国家。而本周我们要做美国的燕麦饼干,小朋友们敬请期待~
