n week 19, we will let our babies to practice the skill of slide more.
Benefit: body control; sitting balance
19周,我们着重锻炼宝贝的滑行能力,能有效锻炼到宝贝的身体控制能力以及坐姿的平衡能力。
Gym Toddlers & Gym Tots & Gym KidsWeek 19 Swinging 摆动
In these two weeks, we will let our toddlers and tots to feel the sense of swing. Our parents should help them do the position during the class. But for our kids, before they swing in the beano ball swing, they should get on it by themselves.
Benefit: Dynamic balance; body control; lower body strength
这两周,我们的教具搭建会让宝宝充分进行摆动的练习。在上课过程中家长要多多帮助宝宝。但是对于我们的大宝贝,需要双手双腿配合坐上我们的小球晃动秋千,自主探索。
好处:动态平衡能力和身体控制力;锻炼宝贝的下肢力量。
Sports (Week 8 Soccer 足球)
In these two weeks, we will let our kids to know the permanence and have a brief cognition of the soccer; also we will teach them to kick the soccer.
Benefit: physical agility; lower body strength; independence
这两周,我们准备了足球让宝宝锻炼,我们也会教授宝贝如何去踢球,让宝宝认识并初步感受到足球这项运动。
好处:锻炼宝贝体能;锻炼宝贝下肢力量;培养宝贝的独立性。
