There were ten in the bed

床上有十个（小朋友）

and the little one said,

"Roll over, roll over"  

“翻一下，翻一下”

So they all rolled over and one fell out.

他们就翻一下，然后一个掉下去了。

妈妈可以在睡前和小朋友一起“玩”这首儿歌。小朋友和他的众多玩具，一起排成一排躺在床上，小朋友躺在最外边，然后说“roll over”，接下来一个个地翻一下身体，这样最后一个就会翻下床。

一直这样玩到最后只有小朋友躺在床上，就这样入睡吧~
